Sorry, but I am confident in stating that "today's economic climate" has very, very little to do with Q chopping head count, cutting benefits, pensions, etc. This is just another continuing episode of the Qwest disaster story.
This company has not been able to hold it's own since the early 1990s. Have not been able to compete in the NEW technology and development arena for far too long. I'm out at $4 cuz I'm just damn tired of the same old cry me a river tune from Q. Sentiment : Sell Rating :
