Wu diluted the shares of XING and got them for himself. That is gready, but not at all stupid.

He is not only very greedy, but also very patient. He used the downswing of the market and purposfully obscure reporting to get the price of XING down, and took advantage of it (at the cost of the other shareholders).

The price of XING is unreasonably low. So what? In the short term, it does not matter for him. He does not need to sell those shares. And nobody can take control of XING from him.

On the other hand, I am absolutely sure that in the long run he will want to advance the price of XING. He would not have gotten those shares for himself, if he did not think that they will sell for much much more at some time in the future.

How long is the long run? I don't know. With XING prices at around 2 dollars, he might want to do the same trick again, and dilute even more for his own benefit.

I bought XING shares last autumn at around 2 dollars, and I am willing to wait for a few years more. If the price of XING doubles, it will be a nice return. It might as well go up fivefold or tenfold, but I would not count on it.
