Several things jumped out at me in the recently filed 10K:

1) QUIX's Credit Agreement expires on 11-1-2009. This means that they will HAVE to announce something soon regarding their re-capitalization plan. My guess (maybe more of a hope) is that they will not only enter into a new Credit Agreement but they will also provide some new information on the $40,000,000 debentures that have a put provision in Feb 2010. It would make sense to address all of the debt issues in conjunction with the expiration of the Credit Agreement.

2) These statement in the 10K jumped out at me:

a) "Based on our preliminary discussions and expected operating results for fiscal 2010, we believe that we will be able to refinance our existing debt obligations including the Notes."
b) "We are currently generating positive cash flow in fiscal 2010 and we expect we may continue to do so throughout the fiscal year....."

3) Insiders have purchased 38,000 shares in the last 3 weeks.

I interpret 2 and 3 above as very positive and am adding to my position.
