Volt reported same revenue as last year, but losses doubled.

Volt should sell out to qlgc and the two would make a better competition/economic of scale against mlnx. Also since volt now buys their silicon from mlnx, in time, using qlgc's silicon, mlnx would incur higher silicon costs on this merger.
