I love the price of this for the long term based on screens I did recently. Still, the market could fall close to the lows again due to the bearish news (GM, Chrysler) and maybe earnings reports that are coming out this week. This may slump some in the short term but is a good buy for the long-term. And look at the 11.9% div!
