I bought into this fund because it had exposure to platinum mines, as well as gold. Platinum has industrial uses and is 10x rarer than gold. Most platinum mining stocks are on overseas exchanges or pink sheets, so this is convenient.

I hadn't realised that volume was so low and placed a market order that executed over 5% above the market price. There were also trades as low as 15 - a 50% haircut to another unwary investor who must have put in a market sell order.

Bottom line: Use limit orders only for this stock until volume picks up!
