I guess Cotter could just sell off the Moore prospect to somebody that has learned to make money in the business and has the cash to prove it. Now he issues a PR about a farm-in on an expensive 11,000 foot drill--where no 3-D seismic has even been done yet. What? Portrush doesn't have the money to buy a quart of oil at a discount store.
