I did but not convinced its real open mkt purchases, looks possibly to be some shuffling around. I dont like the recent loan provisions where there paying 184% for 5mill. Lots of risk here but the stock is down from significantly higher levels and mgmt seems to be trying to stem the bleeding. I'll sit on the sidelines for now.
