Based on a recommendation, I'm investigeting PSE as a potential investment. The numbers look good, but I honestly can't figure out what it's business is. I understand it's sitting on oil and natural gas assets, and has a number of "nonoperating working assets" (though I can't figure out how nonoperating assets actually do anything).

Can someone please explain what this company sells, and to whom? Thanks - lp.
