Dividend cut coming      1-Apr-09 12:16 pm    
wait to buy on dividend cut. Note insider Eggemeyer and CEO selling at $13. They know what is going to happen. So far PACW did not get TARP money so they need to conserve capital. Dividend is $9MM a year. I think they will cut to $.05/qtr,
