thats not what was said. They said the premium may dissappear by december, thats 30 cents or so, do the opposite of what cnbc says. The dollar is on the verge of breaking higher, a lot higher, and the premium wont matter. What will matter is the money fromsale of new shares will have to go into buying dollar contracts, which will push up the underlying. add to that the short squeeze and it could be huge.
