PHK has had an insane premium for a while....PTY's has been much more reasonable. As a general rule, pay no more than a single-digit premium to NAV. I think you can buy PTY here -- it's not a steal, but it's not a ripoff either. It's a cheap way to get bond and stock exposure with a bit of a kick. Grab less than a full position and if the price (and premium) fall in future weeks/months, buy more.
