Sounds like they think PVR has already met it's price expectation and PVG has some more room to run.

IMO, I like PVG up until $15...at least until revenues show a decent upswing. Nat gas may be the key to future growth as coal looks to be a dying commodity in the US (although outside the US, coal is still decent). The current congress/White House does sound like they have an anti-coal sentiment and the cost of shipping coal outside the US is more than the cost of shipping it inside the US.

I am long PVG but will sell if price hits mid $14's as my target price tops out at the low $15's (at least until the economy really starts showing strength).
