I am trying to understand why a stable stock that pays such dividends would drop over 6% on news of a secondary offering. Is this normal or is soemthing more going on?
Is this more about PVG, PVR, PVA structure and major holders stake? Why has PVR and PVA not seen such a dramatic drop today? Thanks for your help in advance. Sentiment : Hold Rating :
