Yeah, I saw the UBS piece. He's the only comment after the offering. It provided for like 2 days worth of out performance versus PVR, and it was very minimal at that.
Lead managers were BCS, JPM, UBS, WFC. WFC is the only other one to include them in some sort of update. It was a basic MLP update piece on 10/22nd. Pretty pathetic. Basically raised valuation range to 18-19. No specific comments as to why. He neglected to mention the discrepancy to the underlying LP. At least UBS said something. I find it amusing that analysts can get away with such poor quality for work. Rating :
