why would anyone at this level hold phk when a cefa that has much less chance to cut dividend is much safer play. ie dhf raised dividend last week and stil has a decent discount and good yield. i have alot of his and its dividend sucks but discount over 12 per cent gives it insulation from a cut plus a chance for slight increase
