I think the stock market will pull back some. Bond funds won't pull back as much as common stocks. 8/17 NAV=$8.35 w/ 19% cash. They won't be buying back anymore of their preffereds, dividends forever and bigger dividends sooner or later. Its a hold and a buy on dips.
