What effect will the recently announced ARPS redemption have on the NAV for common shareholders? Will the capital needed to redeem the ARPS come from sale of floating rate loans? If they do sell the floaters to raise the capital, and the floaters are now valued at a fraction of par, how can the remaining floaters ever become worth enough to get us common holders anywhere near back to NAVs in the high teens? GRRRRRRRR........ Am I missing something?
