I really wonder why the fund continues to declare a 7 cent monthly dividend.

A month ago they stated that the fund's income for the period was approximately 6.2 cents, and within the last week they stated that the fund had (17.74 cents) in overdistributed income.

Can skilled portfolio management perform some magic for the fund?

I suppose capital gains from astute purchases at low prices could let them buy additional bonds. Any other ideas?
