Finally bought a little PBD. Will buy more if price drops a bit.

My favorite is still PBW but thought I needed to look a little more global as well. I also like PZD. Actually I love a whole lot of individual stocks in this sector (QTWW, CBAK, etc) but ETF's are better for me...I stress out too much when I "trade" stocks.
