Nice news. I'm pleased. But I have no idea what this company would be worth in a buyout. PFE has a lot of money and just bought Wyeth. They really need a new source of revenue and PLX's technology potentially gives a big pharma like PFE a lot of options to make new drugs (and a lot of old drugs) in a new, cheaper way.
Would PFE pay 50% above current price? Would they pay $1 billion for this company? It can't be for a Gaucher's Disease drug only. Not worth it. Not a big enough market. Is PLX worth $15/share....now? Informed posts please. Rating :
