While the market as a whole is obviously trending down, it looks like PHC has really taken a hit. We saw a climb from below a buck up to 1.50 before earnings....but have been steadily sinking since. I would normally add more to average my cost down, but I dont get that warm and fuzzy feeling from management, they provide no info, and won't even up the share repurchase agreement with these low levels. Any thoughts????
