Hopefully Pantozzi does a better job as a consultant than as CEO but I doubt it.
He ruined PFS by acquiring First Sentinel and then First Morris. His overpaying cost PFS alot of money and they have not recovered.
By the way, I believe Chris Martin was the CEO of First Sentinel.
Hopefully he can trick somebody into overpaying for PFS this time but looking at PFS's stock price I would think most bankers are smarter than PFS's management.
