Mark Sellers, through Sellers Capital, owns 46% of the outstanding shares of this microcap. It is public knowledge he plan is to liquidate his hedge fund and get out of the business once he sees this position and Contago through.

So let me ask you folks, what is going to happen when Sellers Capital starts unloading the 21 Million + shares they own into a market that has almost zero confidence in this company?

Sellers needs to outline his plans--for all shareholders IMO-- to give anyone confidence to jump in. Sure, he obviously isn't planning on unloading them while he's underwater or at least you hope he doesn't (I believe his cost basis is in the mid 2.50ish range).

But what happens when he does start to unload almost half the entire market cap of the entire company? This has to be his plan if he aims to give back his clients money.

From my perspective, it will be ugly the day Sellers starts to unload. I've already stated ad naseum that the long term management tenure isn't even in place. What happens to Davino's Options when he cashes in and Sellers is unloading at the same time? At this point, you've got no shareholder voice, and no management team in place. Can you imagine if this scenario happens? Are you really that confident in the long term viavility of this business?

I think Sellers needs to get this company either sold or liquated to benefit all stakeholders. Otherwise, the perception will be looming over this company for some time...THAT EVENTUALLY YOU'RE GOING TO GET SCREWED AND IT COULD HAPPEN AT ANYTIME! Actually, Sellers needs to start outlining the BIG PICTURE or else this will continue to suck wind for a very long time....

Seriously, with such a small float out there....it's amazing how little confidence there is in this company by the rest of the market. Any buying at all lifts the stock. Yet with all the raging bulls here....no one is speaking with their money. Why? Could it be because of the above rationale?
