Message boards are probably the worst place to get advice on stocks but I'm still going to do it!
A very good rule of thumb is whenever a stock goes way up and you are "beside yourself" with awe and excitement...SELL SELL SELL!
If it goes down (which we know it normally does) then you prevented a loss. If it continues up then you still succeeded in your goal and you can bask in the fact that you chose to buy a winner. Amen
