means everything. One thing that I've learned over the years is that volume on a stock means everything, and price movement is less important (unless you're watching your account drop 3-5% a day).

So, here we are again today with extremely low volume and a lower pps. This tells me one thing...there is a blatent stepping down of price here on low-volume manipulation. A skillful trader, or MM (or both), is stepping this down 3-5% a day, which is not hard to do. Let's take today (and everyday for the past week), volume has been at about 500k, which is about $165,000 in trading per day. It wouldn't be hard for a single trader to accomplish this.

My prediction here is that as PTN is manipulated lower on low volume, the same person stepping this down is also accumulating shares while retail investors dump their positions. Then, one day, we'll all wake up to positive news, and the stock will triple in a single day on massive volume.

It's unfortunate to watch this thing drop every day on crappy volume, but the stock market is a crooked place and stock manipulation is rampant.
