S & P analyst downgraded PSYS to sell yesterday...TP $17. ""While long-term market is under served (sic), we see potential for further earnings pressure on rate cuts. We cut '10 EPS by $0.20 to $2.28 and our target price by $10 to $17."
So, by this analyst's estimation, this stock will trade at 7.5x 2010 EPS in 12 months? Makes no sense. I initiated a new position yesterday at $18. I'll hold on to my shares and ignore this guy's opinion. Rating :
