LOL... 4th voice checking in.

Might be mutual funds checking in and out at end of year. They're notorious for end of year shuffling.

What I find impressive is that PHX ended up when all was said and done. And that was on top of talking heads bemoaning weakness of energy stocks all day long on financial channels.

I haven't pulled the trigger, but PHX is on my radar. Small caps are supposed to be "first to recover" after recession.
