Yes folks, the news may be premature, but that is what I am told. I think it is a perfect fit and I am glad to see the brand going to a group that can keep the heritage alive. A great place to dump all that dead inventory too. The deal is similar to Chambers - about $2.2M up front for the brand name and inventory.

Too bad this deal does little for PXG shareholders. Once again, it all gets soaked up by the lenders and SG&A.
