Something not really highlighted is the fact that they will pay off 33 million in debt with the single payment and the amortization. That's really like getting 33 million in new business as paying off the debt has the same net margins as winning a contract. If margins contract by a point, paying off debt looks even more appealing. It was mentioned in the Q&A that further debt reduction is a consideration. I personally think it will happen as they want to get below three times debt to EBIDTA.
