WDAF State legislator seeks inquiry into Pinnacle CEO's actions at St. Louis County Council meeting By Associated Press 10:27 AM CST, November 6, 2009 CLAYTON, Mo. (AP) — Missouri State Sen. Tim Green is seeking an investigation into the actions of a gambling company's CEO at a St. Louis County Council meeting. County Councilman Steve Stenger said Pinnacle Entertainment CEO Daniel Lee and others visited him Tuesday, asking him to cast a zoning vote against another company's planned casino in north St. Louis County. When Stenger cast a "yes" vote instead, Lee jumped up on the council's platform during the meeting and shouted that Stenger had made the worst move of his career. Green tells KMOX radio that he wants the Missouri State Highway Patrol to investigate.
