PRA is not growing at this time, but it may be one of the safest investments in a recession. I'm quite certain we are heading into recession that will last for many months if not a couple of years. But as you may know PRA is a medical malpractice insurer. No matter what happens out there you can count on lawyers sueing doctors. Recessions don't matter but they do have the problem of growth. Historically PRA has an upside of 2xbook. And that book is almost all cash. The book is around 40$/shr and its making almost 5$/shr. What do you think it should sell for? It is cheap but I don't see it exploding out of here unless it gets bought. Buy out value around 80$.
