In doing some research this weekend on anything that may work in this market, long or short, I looked at PRA's chart.

I must say, I've been studying technical charts a long time, and this chart has my interest. It appears the market is just biding time, waiting for some specific news that will drive the price way up.....or down.

Am I missing something? I'm still doing my DD, and intend to go long (or short) Monday.

Can any knowledgeable longs comment about PRA?
