I heard a radio advertisement for Panera a couple of days ago and again today. The ad consisted of two people having a discussion while eating at a Panera; the situation was being described by a third person. This type of ad is an outdated concept and is awful, not only was it overly long and boring, it was very irritating. Listeners would not even know it was an ad for Panera until the end of the ad by which time they probably would have tuned it out. This ad reminds me of the original irritating ad for the Infinity auto which ranks as one of the all time worst ads.

IMO, whoever in Panera management approved this ad should be fired.
