I have shares of both GRH & PRC. Now, Gary is the chairman of PRC and he gets CFO Ormand to GRH board. Ormand worked in West LB. GRH needs money and I think West LB is one of their creditors (West LB has been dealing with AE companies some of them bankrupted such as NBF and AVR or PEIX). Hopefully they'll get some money from West LB to survive.
