After the Front Porch Digital(FPD) acquisition is completed and we give away over 30M additional common shares, were gonna run the "PTSX" stock price down from the huge FPD dilution to $.50 and do a reverse split of 5-1 on 42M shares or $2.50PPS post split on 8M shares outstanding. The share price will then rocket up to $12.00-$20.00 before we accept a "DGIT" merger offer at about $20.00.
This will give Bager and other of his friends the ability to gain a larger position in "PTSX" through stock grants/options and open market buys on margin.
The consolidation of the digital industry will continue though the year 2010 of Microsoft/Yahoo/Google/Clear Channel while we wait our turn!!
