from what is said on their conference call. Sounds like the OCC is going to prohibit loans due to their other problems. Maybe they will allow refund transfers.
If this happens future income will be curtailed. It is very evident that PCBC is now a "Zombie" bank. Just waiting to be sold or seized. They only made $76 million in new loans for all of 3rd quarter, very little for a bank their size. Since they have violated capital ratios agreed to with the OCC, they most certainly will receive a cease and desist order from them. Don't forget about the future problems coming with commercial real estate loans. Rating :
