No one, steps forth to appeal, everyone points to someone else. In other words there is a lack of commitment on the part of the remaining unit holders to act. No one will take the time, hire a lawyer,put up the funds, decide who exactly to blame, etc. etc. It is all over but the complaining from the uncoordinated, unknowing down trodden. How sad....the champions have all abandoned the cause.
