I write about Old Bob the great leader of XTO who is the highest paid CEO West of the Mississippi river and get attacked by those who think earning money by profits instead of rigged board of directors is socialism or communism. To me being an old school Texan I thought a man got a fair days pay for a good job get all you can for your hard work and good results yes but only a srub (or union man)
as a good Republican would say would take money they didnt earn. Well there must be an exception clause in that when it comes to Corp Wellfare to CEO's. These guys have zero shame and total greed and talk about an entitlement attitude give me a break. Wellfare Caddy's can be seen in any CEO parking space this year.

I wish we had a president radical enough to "attack" this lack of stockholder rights.
How about a law requiring all stock options to be give to anyone worker or exec at a price at least25% abover the current price and good for 3 years. Over 8% a yearif they produce and if they fail they suffer like the stockholders with whatever salary they get.

Given the pain of the fall in stock price and the cut in dividends how can the board give a rise to the guy??? How can anyone defend such a rise? Only in America will the poor be attacked for taking wellfare while the rich just keep getting more and more. Ok so not only in America it is a human thing that drives it after GREED by name. Shame on all of them I just hope their parents raised them better and they are just failed to go by good raising. God help us if this is how we are raising our kids today.
