PWAV completed the sale on October 8, 2009.
PWAV management did not care to say anything about the sale. Not even in their CC. What else is going on that are hidden and we don’t know. The sale will bring some losses to Q4 IMHO. PWAV wrote it quietly in its recent 10-Q. Look at middle of the page 11, asset held for sale. http://www.powerwave.com/documents/2009_... Rating :
