Cisco knows about beamforming. Navini was a smart antenna, beamforming play; however, Navini was 812.16e.
The next generation is 802.16m (mobile). Samsung and PWAVE are kicking ass in in the MIMO, Increased BW, multicarrier realm.

Cisco needs PWAVE to take on Huawei.

ADCT needs PWAVE to stay in the game.

4G is PWAVE's future.
