40,000 shares is nothing. Look if you make 1 million plus per year including stock options, stock grants and all the other benefits that is a slap in the face of the share holders. I am surpised that a insider would even consider this a show of surport. But than who wants to throw away money. Look I looked at all the insider purchases (most were stock options expiring or stock grants for meeting employment terms). They like me purchased blocks of 10,000 shares or more when the stock was .33 to .66 to .95 cents and most were under a dollar. They could not sell because of black out dates or they would have sold at a $1.65 like I did. I will buy the stock again when it gets to the real value of .66 to .88 cents (a penny stock being pushed up and down by a few people) watch out as mutural funds will be forced to sell at the end of this year TIMBER.
