Yesterday Quaker sold 100,000 shares of PTIX. Hopefully PTIX bought back its own stock or a committed long term investor made the purchase. Quaker could just be raising capital through a wide range of sales, but if they are unwinding all or substantially all of their large position it could bring down PTIX's stock price further.

I am long but watching this closely.
