With the stock in the $3.30 range PTIX looks to be a good acquisition target. The market cap is $38.41M and if I read the balance sheet correctly they have $30+M in cash and $9M in outstanding receivables. I would expect the company to be buying up stock like crazy, not sure if that is happening. The volumes don't seem to indicate they are doing any purchasing in big numbers.
