The fogger repeatedly bitches and moans about the lack of CCs. He would also have us believe that he routinely has conversations with PTIE personnel, including corporate officers, in the course of which non-public information is selectively disclosed to him.

The basic content of virtually all CCs is a regurgitation of what has already been stated in legally mandated contemporaneous or previous public filings with the SEC. Ditto for whatever is said at so-called investor conferences. Nowadays, you make selective disclosures - and get caught - you face big time civil monetary penalties and maybe get fired and/or go to jail.

The fogger's cavils about CCs and Barbier's allegedly obscene compensation (wherein foggie lumps salary in with stock options) and lackadaisical (pot smoking) persona are just silly. If he doesn't like what's going on, as a concerned long, he can just sell his holdings and forevermore cease to post!

And if foggie is not, by some chance, a concerned long, why is he here? To save us from ourselves? We should be grateful, I suppose.
