PTEN is still slightly oversold...hard to believe but true. I can't say how it'll behave after [$20]. A weak dollar means strong PTEN. Very bullish attitude under tough conditions. I think it's going to hover around it old channel for a while but go higher when the economy recovers and dollar assuredly drops.
