All at VP level and above need to be removed now. The entire company has lost confidence in the lack of leadership.

The only reason that Phoenix is retaining any employees at all is because of the current economic conditions.

As a former employee myself I can tell you that this is a very unhappy company and once the economy turns around - all of the good talent will exit themselves out very quickly.

If you don't want that to happen, you've got to send a clear signal by replacing the executive team. And they do not deserve any "thank-you's" on their way out.
