The market is tanking, just like I said it would. Pericom will fall below $8.50 soon. It really should be selling at no more than 23 X earnings and I'm generous with that ratio. The path PSEM s taking with this very large investment by them in a factory in china to produce very low margin FCP product is the wron way to go.
