This company is headed for a major fall. I have a storage unit in Michigan which I have been trying for the past 4 weeks to contact PS in order to prepay my rent for year and see if I can get a discount for doing so. After 4 calls to the property, 4 calls to the regional manager which never were returned and then 2 calls to the main office I finally spoke to someone in California who could not help me. I was directed to call the property again which I did today. They directed me to another regional head.

I am now looking to move to another storage facility.
