Is there a reason that they will not make good on an order and a return?
That their customer service is the worst in a world of awful customer service?
That they advertise one product and ship another?
absolutely the most inept company I've ever run across....can only assume that they have no intention of doing anything honorable, with their customers ( in reality , their victims...)
